Hriday gahane shunechi
Maraner ghore param shiber
Tandaba nach herechi

At the dawn of my life,
I heard the flute of Lord Krishna
In the very depth of my heart.
When my death-hour struck,
I watched the destruction-transformation-dance
   Of Lord Shiva.
