Alone have I come into the world
To see Your Lotus-Feet.
Will I ever see You, my Lord?
In my tiny life-boat, I know,
I am poor in spirit.
I know my greed knows no bounds.
Lord, You are Your infinite Compassion.
Your constant Self-Giving shows
Your real Name.
Therefore, I know I am still able to live on earth.
I came into the world all alone.
